Every Fitness 19 member receives a complementary fitness assessment from one of our fitness managers to help you determine your fitness goals. Depending on your needs, we’ll find the right personal trainer to meet your workout schedule and training objectives. From there, you and your personal trainer will customize and re-energize your workout program so that you will see and feel the results you’re after.

I went to Eastern Michigan University for marketing, but after finding myself enclosed in an office in Southfield, I figured that wasn’t for me and moved on to the fitness industry and Fitness 19 where I am doing what I love.
